Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, or System Analyst.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Kanban; familiarity with Scrum is a plus.
    • Experience in ERP system development is highly preferred.
  • Ability to create clear wireframes to communicate product ideas.
  • Capable of creating flowcharts and business process diagrams using any tool of choice.
  • Hands-on experience in database design and strong understanding of SQL querying.
  • Proven ability to produce documentation such as PRD (Product Requirement Document), FSD (Functional Specification Document), or BRD (Business Requirement Document).
  • Proficient in English—strong written and verbal communication skills are mandatory for collaboration and documentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of project and initiative management, ensuring timely execution and delivery aligned with business goals.
  • Convert business needs into detailed, actionable technical requirements.
  • Maintain backlogs and maintaining developers workload.
  • Create, analyze, and maintain a wide range of technical and functional documentation on PRD (including requirement specifications, data mappings, SQL, Entity-Relationship Diagrams (ERDs), UML diagrams, wireframes, and process flowcharts) to support engineers and QA teams.
  • Define and oversee the execution of testing strategies to ensure high-quality deliverables and to mitigate potential issues prior to deployment.
  • Drive process and system changes by ensuring alignment and shared understanding across all stakeholders through clear, concise, and well-structured verbal and written communication.
  • Take responsibility for issue management by coordinating resolution efforts, keeping internal stakeholders informed, and collaborating with external partners to ensure timely and effective issue resolution.
