Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, or System Analyst.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Kanban; familiarity with Scrum is a plus.
- Experience in ERP system development is highly preferred.
- Ability to create clear wireframes to communicate product ideas.
- Capable of creating flowcharts and business process diagrams using any tool of choice.
- Hands-on experience in database design and strong understanding of SQL querying.
- Proven ability to produce documentation such as PRD (Product Requirement Document), FSD (Functional Specification Document), or BRD (Business Requirement Document).
- Proficient in English—strong written and verbal communication skills are mandatory for collaboration and documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of project and initiative management, ensuring timely execution and delivery aligned with business goals.
- Convert business needs into detailed, actionable technical requirements.
- Maintain backlogs and maintaining developers workload.
- Create, analyze, and maintain a wide range of technical and functional documentation on PRD (including requirement specifications, data mappings, SQL, Entity-Relationship Diagrams (ERDs), UML diagrams, wireframes, and process flowcharts) to support engineers and QA teams.
- Define and oversee the execution of testing strategies to ensure high-quality deliverables and to mitigate potential issues prior to deployment.
- Drive process and system changes by ensuring alignment and shared understanding across all stakeholders through clear, concise, and well-structured verbal and written communication.
- Take responsibility for issue management by coordinating resolution efforts, keeping internal stakeholders informed, and collaborating with external partners to ensure timely and effective issue resolution.
