Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth
market research
to identify trends, customer needs, and new product opportunities. - Create and manage product concepts
based on market insights, including formula, packaging, and positioning development. - Use
project management tools
to track timelines, deliverables, and ensure each function works according to the agreed schedule. - Lead the
entire product innovation process
, from ideation, prototyping, validation, to commercialization. - Engage with
internal and external end-users
to gather insights that guide product decisions and iterations. - Collaborate with
R&D, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance

Qualifications:
- Candidates must possess at least bachelor's degree in
Chemistry, Pharmacy or related field
. - Minimum 4-year experience in
beauty product development
. - Has a broad knowledge of
skincare or makeup ingredients
and/or is a beauty enthusiast. - Proven experience in
product development, innovation, or project management

FMCG or beauty industry
. - Strong analytical and creative thinking skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
