Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth
    market research
    to identify trends, customer needs, and new product opportunities.
  • Create and manage product concepts
    based on market insights, including formula, packaging, and positioning development.
  • Use
    project management tools
    to track timelines, deliverables, and ensure each function works according to the agreed schedule.
  • Lead the
    entire product innovation process
    , from ideation, prototyping, validation, to commercialization.
  • Engage with
    internal and external end-users
    to gather insights that guide product decisions and iterations.
  • Collaborate with
    R&D, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance
    teams to ensure product feasibility and readiness for launch.
  • Take full ownership and accountability for the
    success of new product launches
    , including quality, cost, and time-to-market.

Qualifications:

  • Candidates must possess at least bachelor's degree in
    Chemistry, Pharmacy or related field
    .
  • Minimum 4-year experience in
    beauty product development
    .
  • Has a broad knowledge of
    skincare or makeup ingredients
    and/or is a beauty enthusiast.
  • Proven experience in
    product development, innovation, or project management
    , preferably in
    FMCG or beauty industry
    .
  • Strong analytical and creative thinking skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Passionate about trends, innovation, and creating meaningful consumer experiences.
