Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) any major
- 10 year experience wording in warehouse field
- Fluent in Japanese and English
- Age range 35-40 years
- Mastering office, especially excel such as Formula, Pivot table, so on and power point
- Preferably have knowledge of Japanese
- Willing to be placed at Kawasan Industri KIIC-Karawang
Responsibilities:
- Supervise warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping
- Ensure inventory accuracy and stock levels match system records
- Maintain security and integrity of goods during storage, handling, and shipping
- Manage warehouse operations to meet efficiency standards
- Implement Kaizen initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity
- Enforce 5S and safety protocols
- Work overtime as needed
- Follow established SOPs
- Meet set targets and performance goals
