In order to support our business we are looking for a
TCS Senior Sales Engineer.
Position Summary:
This position will be responsible for sales and market development for color management solutions in textile industries.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Achieve maximum sales volume consistent with sales targets.
- Generating sales leads to enhancing market share through routine and focusing sales activities.
- Plan and carry out sales calls and demonstrations to promote and sell products; and continuously grow market share in the territory.
- Develop and maximize business opportunities in assigned territories.
- Provide backup support in marketing & sales through thorough understanding of individual market situation, potential, and requirements.
- Keep the management informed on matters of specific business interest such as market conditions, competitive situations, product needs, etc.
- Work closely and efficiently with other departments, including Technical Support, Marketing and Administration, for striving to success of Datacolor.
- Other tasks assigned by the supervisors.
Experience & Qualifications:
You have:
- Bachelor's Degree in textile technology, science or engineering. Have good understanding of industrial processes.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in sales and marketing related to textile industry Fluent English, spoken & written communications; Chinese language will be a plus.
- Frequent traveling within Indonesia or to other countries if necessary for business purposes;
- Understands the stages involved in textile/garment production and possesses excellent networking within the textile/garment industry and its related sectors.
- Must be a good team player; open-minded; proactive; and be able to work independently with self-discipline.
