Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an IT Administrator based in Jakarta, Indonesia, with some work from home flexibility. The IT Administrator will be responsible for providing technical support, managing network and systems administration, troubleshooting technical issues, and overseeing the overall information technology needs of the organization. Daily tasks include monitoring system performance, ensuring network security, and assisting with IT-related projects and upgrades.
Qualifications
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
- Network Administration and System Administration skills
- Strong understanding of Information Technology principles
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in a hybrid work environment is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
