Responsible for managing ICT operations, infrastructure, and strategic technology projects. The role ensures high availability of all ICT services, drives continuous improvement, and collaborates closely with Corporate ICT, internal users, and external partners to support the operational and transactional activities of GWK Cultural Park.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Engineering
- Minimum 8 years of experience in ICT, including at least 3 years in a Department Head or managerial position
- Strong technical background in ICT hardware, networking, infrastructure, and IT service management
- Experienced in project planning, budgeting, procurement review, and vendor coordination
- Strong leadership skills: planning, organizing, problem-solving, negotiation, and team development
- Able to develop and implement effective ICT SOPs to maintain service availability
- Excellent communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams and vendors
