Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Jakarta, Indonesia. As a Sales Engineer at PT. DJAJA HARAPAN, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, addressing sales inquiries, and presenting the company's products and services to potential clients. This role also involves conducting product demonstrations, assisting with pre-sales and post-sales support, and collaborating with the sales team to develop effective strategies for customer engagement and satisfaction. You will play a key role in driving sales, resolving technical issues, and ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
Qualifications
- Sales Engineering and Sales skills
- Technical Support and Customer Service experience
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the technology industry is a plus
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages is an advantage
