About the Company
PT Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Indonesia (HMMI) is Hyundai's automotive production hub in Southeast Asia, located in Cikarang, West Java. Established in 2019, HMMI manufactures both conventional and electric vehicles for domestic and export markets, with a strong focus on innovation and sustainability.
Responsibilities
- Manage and improve stamping processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and smooth production.
- Support new product launches and provide technical expertise in stamping.
- Design, develop, and optimize stamping processes and tooling.
- Lead troubleshooting and process improvements for press operations.
- Analyze production data and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and optimize resources.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering , or any relevant major with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in press engineering or stamping processes within the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of stamping processes, press machines, and tooling design (dies, jigs, fixtures).
- Skilled in troubleshooting and leading quality and process improvements.
- Must be fluent in English.
- Willing to be placed in Cikarang, Kab. Bekasi.
