Responsibilities

  • Analyze user behavior and product, deeply understand the product's features and functionality, provide solutions for problematic products, and conduct training on those products
  • Responsible to align with internal stakeholders and implement related to guideline documents in Indonesian, English & Mandarin.
  • Prepare comprehensive training reports, including planning, progress updates, completed tasks, and results.
  • Assess training needs based on the company's strategy and conduct surveys.
  • Build and improve the division's training, training systems, and related processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Mandarin-related fields.
  • Open to all experience levels, preference for candidates who studied in China or have trainer experience.
  • Possess flexible thinking with strong communication, presentation, and time management skills.
  • Interest in financial and e-commerce industries.
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin (spoken and written), Minimum HSK 5 or higher is a plus.
