PT. Konecranes Material Handling Indonesia is looking for Service Technician Pangkalan Kerinci (Contract Under Outsource).
Position summary:
The role of a Service Technician is within the business area of Industrial Service, offering service solutions and maintenance for all crane brands, port equipment and machine tools. Your role will involve the repair, maintenance and service of our customers' lifting equipment, service inspection contracts, refurbishment and modernization projects, installation, testing and certification of overhead cranes and hoists. The work we offer is varied and 2 days are never the same. You might be interested to learn that we are the original service provider for both Konecranes and Demag equipment.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Submit complete service report and recommendation to service team leader within two (2) days after job completed and report to supervisor after job completed done
- Implement work safety regulations such as safety driving, working at heigh, job safety analysis, including 5-S are followed
- To assist service team leader in field job execution and workshop activity
- Perform service job following work instruction (technical guidance) in repair & service agreement and ensure getting approval from customer completely
- Maintain and utilize service vehicle with fleet management system
- Maintain tools, personal protective equipment & service vehicles
- To perform productivity and control expenses effectively
- To attend service and safety training periodically
- Any other duties as directed by superior
What we are looking for in you:
- Diploma III Electrical or Vocational School in Electrical Engineering
- Min. 3 years' experience in related jobs
- Knowledge of the above tasks and the associated risks when working at height. Proven commitment to safety.
- Experience with overhead cranes and hoists is preferred, full product training will be given
- Strong interpersonal skills as there is extensive customer contact
- Willingness to work extra hours
- Excellent health condition
- Preferably have driving license (SIM A)
- Willing to work under outsourcing
- Willing to be located in Pangkalan Kerinci or project assignment in around Indonesia
