Your Role
- Capture and edit compelling video content for social media, websites, and digital ads
- Collaborate with the creative and social media teams to align ideas with campaign goals
- Operate professional video, lighting, and audio equipment to deliver high-quality output
- Contribute throughout the entire production process from concept to final edit
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with internal teams to develop creative video concepts from briefs and insights
- Manage and organize video assets for current and future projects
- Set up, operate, and maintain cameras, lighting, and sound equipment
- Ensure all video deliverables reflect the brand's tone, message, and objectives
- Be available for on site shoots as required
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication Design (DKV), Multimedia, Film, or related fields
- Minimum 2 years of experience in video production (shooting, directing, and editing)
- Strong creative vision and passion for visual storytelling
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, or equivalent tools (portfolio required)
- Detail oriented, organized, and committed to producing excellent work
- Bonus: Ability to design supporting visuals (feeds, thumbnails) using Photoshop or Canva
- Must be available for full time, on site (WFO) work in North Jakarta, Monday–Friday
