Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in organizing and compiling reports for projects undertaken by the consulting team.
  • Prepare and manage data required for project implementation.
  • Create and share Zoom/online meeting links for project coordination purposes.
  • Coordinate with the Sales team regarding invoice creation and review.
  • Coordinate with the Finance team regarding payment administration and project advances.
  • Support other administrative needs related to company projects.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum D3/S1 education in any major.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an administrator.
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Meticulous, neat, and possessing strong administrative skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and online meeting applications (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).
  • Strong coordination and collaboration skills with various parties (consultants, sales, and finance).
  • Disciplined, responsible, and able to work with deadlines.
