Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in organizing and compiling reports for projects undertaken by the consulting team.
- Prepare and manage data required for project implementation.
- Create and share Zoom/online meeting links for project coordination purposes.
- Coordinate with the Sales team regarding invoice creation and review.
- Coordinate with the Finance team regarding payment administration and project advances.
- Support other administrative needs related to company projects.
Qualifications:
- Minimum D3/S1 education in any major.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an administrator.
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Meticulous, neat, and possessing strong administrative skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and online meeting applications (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).
- Strong coordination and collaboration skills with various parties (consultants, sales, and finance).
- Disciplined, responsible, and able to work with deadlines.
