Focus:
Community-based Sales, B2B Agents/Resellers, and B2C Campaigns

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets
Identify and manage B2B agent/reseller networks across key regions
Build strategic partnerships with communities, institutions, and B2B clients
Plan and implement digital and offline marketing campaigns targeting moms and families
Oversee sales and marketing budgets efficiently
Monitor performance and generate regular reports on sales and campaign effectiveness

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in food, FMCG, or baby & kids products
Strong understanding of community-based distribution and agent network development
Results-driven with experience working with sales targets and data analysis
Able to manage projects independently and collaborate across teams
