With over a decade of experience, we specialize exclusively in gas detector products—both portable and fixed—serving key industrial sectors such as oil & gas, marine, mining, and manufacturing.

As part of our national expansion, we are looking for an experienced and performance-driven 
Senior Sales Executive
 who is ready to take ownership of their territory and grow into a sales leadership role, based on achievement and strategic contribution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Selling gas detector products (portable & fixed).
  • Managing B2B clients in industrial sectors (oil & gas, marine, manufacturing, power plant, etc).
  • Handling leads, conducting product presentations, preparing quotations, and closing deals.
  • Collaborating with sales support team to manage pricing, documentation, and process flow.
  • Collaborating with product support team to deliver technical solutions and ensure proposal accuracy.
  • Achieving sales targets and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
  • Familiar with e-procurement processes in the oil & gas industry.

Mandatory Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in industrial or safety equipment.
  • Bachelor's degree (S1) in any discipline.
  • Strong understanding of project/tender-based sales processes.
  • Excellent communication, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, structured, and committed to results.
  • Willing to travel for on-site meetings or technical discussions.
  • Willing to be assigned to one of our focus cities (Jakarta, Surabaya, Balikpapan, or Pekanbaru).
