Senior Sales Executive
who is ready to take ownership of their territory and grow into a sales leadership role, based on achievement and strategic contribution.

Key Responsibilities
- Selling gas detector products (portable & fixed).
- Managing B2B clients in industrial sectors (oil & gas, marine, manufacturing, power plant, etc).
- Handling leads, conducting product presentations, preparing quotations, and closing deals.
- Collaborating with sales support team to manage pricing, documentation, and process flow.
- Collaborating with product support team to deliver technical solutions and ensure proposal accuracy.
- Achieving sales targets and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
- Familiar with e-procurement processes in the oil & gas industry.

Mandatory Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in industrial or safety equipment.
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in any discipline.
- Strong understanding of project/tender-based sales processes.
- Excellent communication, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, structured, and committed to results.
- Willing to travel for on-site meetings or technical discussions.
- Willing to be assigned to one of our focus cities (Jakarta, Surabaya, Balikpapan, or Pekanbaru).
