Job Responsilibility

  • Implement CMF (Color, Material, Finishing) Process for Suppliers & Enhance Technical Capabilities
    – Ensure suppliers' CMF processes are effectively implemented and drive continuous improvement in technical process capabilities.
  • Improve Mass Production Yield for Newly Onboard CMF Suppliers
    – Optimize production yield for newly introduced CMF suppliers' processes.
  • Expertise in Surface Treatment Technologies
    – In-depth knowledge of plastic and metal surface treatment processes (e.g., anodizing, NCVM [Non-Conductive Vacuum Metallization], spray coating, sandblasting, polishing), reliability testing methods, common defects, and solutions.
  • Project & Procurement Process Management
    – Familiarity with product development and procurement workflows; manage color approval processes and oversee production follow-ups.
  • CMF Innovation & Resource Management
    – Collaborate with procurement and business partners (BP) to execute CMF introduction plans, gather new CMF trends/technologies, recommend and implement innovations, and regularly update the CMF material library and reserves (new processes, technologies, materials).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above, major in industrial design or related fields;
  • Be able to use English as a working language for daily communication, know Chinese/Mandarin is preferred;
  • Candidates with a background in R&D or engineering from industries such as consumer electronics, small home appliances, or medical devices are preferred. Experience in manufacturing/processing industries required; outstanding fresh graduates with solid academic knowledge and relevant internship experience are also welcome;
  • Knowledge of 2-3 surface treatment processes for plastics/metals (e.g., spray coating, anodizing, NCVM, electroplating, PVD, sandblasting, polishing);
  • Familiarity with 2-3 material properties (e.g., PC, ABS, TPU, silicone, PPSU, PA, aluminum alloy, zinc alloy, stainless steel, magnesium alloy);
  • Understanding of 2-3 forming technologies (e.g., injection molding, high-pressure/thermal compression, stamping, CNC, die casting, powder metallurgy);
  • Basic quality management skills and project material management capabilities, able to independently deliver project milestones;
  • Experience in engineering/quality roles preferred;
  • Able to travel and be based temporarily at supplier facilities for on-site coordination and support.
