Job DescriptionAssisting in all preparation of food items in assigned galley areas as indicated in the menu plan, recipes and methods, in accordance with the Operational Manual, USPH / HACCP standards and company standards.
Qualifications- Secondary or High School Diploma or equivalent from an accredited School / College in Culinary / Hotel Management or related field.
- At least 1 month’s experience in a hotel, restaurant, or cruise company in a similar position.
- Age 19 – 35 years old.
- Experience of at least 1 year.
- Preferably with Passport, Seaman’s Book, and BST.

- 2 last contracts Appraisals (for shipboard experience)
- Photocopy of Family Certificate (KK)
- Photocopy of Birth Certificate
