Job Description

Assisting in all preparation of food items in assigned galley areas as indicated in the menu plan, recipes and methods, in accordance with the Operational Manual, USPH / HACCP standards and company standards.

Qualifications

• Secondary or High School Diploma or equivalent from an accredited School / College in Culinary / Hotel Management or related field.
• At least 1 month’s experience in a hotel, restaurant, or cruise company in a similar position.
• Age 19 – 35 years old.
• Experience of at least 1 year.
• Preferably with Passport, Seaman’s Book, and BST.

• 2 last contracts Appraisals (for shipboard experience)
• Photocopy of Family Certificate (KK)
• Photocopy of Birth Certificate
