Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree is a plus).

Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in HR, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role, preferably within the construction or engineering industry.

Have experience handling project

In-depth knowledge of labor law, employment regulations, visas, payroll, external relations, taxes.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-based environment.

Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Placement : Surabaya, Jawa Timur

Requirements :

Oversee the entire HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, compensation and benefits, and compliance.

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's business goals.

Support line managers and project leaders in workforce planning and employee performance management.

Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR practices and labor law requirements.

Manage HR documentation, policies, and procedures.

Foster a positive work environment and promote company culture.

Coordinate training and development programs tailored to project needs and employee growth.

Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions appropriately.

Collaborate closely with site managers to support manpower needs for ongoing construction projects.
