Qualificationn :

Age between 25-35 years

Having experience minimum of 3 years in industry ( preferably in chemical industry/ trading)

Required language: Mandarin (will be advantage) English is MUST

Required skills: Excellent verbal and written communications, problem solver, good leadership

Required Microsoft skill: Excel, Power Point, Word

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's degree from related majors

Communicative and able to work as a team, able to work under pressure.

Fast learner and proactive

Analytical thinking & understand main details that is required to solve duties and certain problems

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support:

Addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the sales process.

  • Sales Process Assistance:

Helping with order processing, tracking shipments, and maintaining accurate records.

  • Administrative Tasks:

Managing sales data, preparing reports, and assisting with sales team communications.

  • Sales Material Preparation:

Creating presentations, proposals, and other documents to support the sales team.

  • Relationship Building:

Maintaining positive relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Database Management:

Updating and maintaining customer and sales records in CRM systems.

  • Order Management:

Processing and tracking orders, coordinating shipments, and handling returns.

  • Communication:

Facilitating communication between the sales team, clients, and other departments.

·       Sales :

Can help provide additional sales through new customer inquiries or tenders

Skills and Qualifications:
