Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct Company presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.
- Attend to customers' inquiries and address outstanding issues.
- Provide sales support to existing customers to further develop account potential and find new customers to secure new business.
- Collaborate with the Sales Team to develop effective strategies for meeting sales targets.
- Execute daily sales activities, such as follow-up on quote and sample submission status. Including price negotiation and service recovery, working with the QC Department in the unlikely event there is a quality issue.
- Offer support and guidance to the sales coordinator when managing customer orders.
- Participate in monthly sales meetings to share and update management on market information and trends.
- Assist in preparing and participating in trade shows in the assigned territory.
- Undertake other tasks assigned by the Company from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
- At least 3-5 years experiences working in fastener industry
- Proven experience in technical sales or a similar role.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Fluent in English
