Key Responsibilities:
Project Delivery Leadership
- Oversee end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of the company's software projects.
- Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within budget, and aligned with client requirements.
- Manage risks, resources, and cross-functional coordination to guarantee successful outcomes.
Product Implementation & Client Success
- Lead delivery of the company's core solutions: HRIS, ERP, Sales Tracking, and WMS.
- Customize and align products to client needs, ensuring smooth deployment and adoption.
- Monitor product performance and recommend improvements to enhance client satisfaction.
Operational Management
- Supervise internal functions including Finance, HR, and Academy.
- Develop and scale the academy as both a bootcamp and recruitment pipeline for tech talent.
- Build efficient processes and frameworks to support operational excellence.
Strategic Collaboration
- Work closely with the CTO on budgeting, fulfillment, and delivery alignment.
- Report directly to the CEO, while updating HR, BOC, and other C-level stakeholders.
- Translate business goals into operational plans, KPIs, and measurable outcomes.
Team Leadership
- Guide, mentor, and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project and operational goals.
- Drive accountability, efficiency, and performance across all divisions.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum
7 years
as Project Management in Software Development, within the similar industry.
- Proficiency in
English
to read through documents, making reports, writing emails, etc.
- Proven success delivering
enterprise solutions (HRIS, ERP, WMS, or similar software products).
- Multinational project exposure
preferred.
- SDLC, Agile/Waterfall methods, enterprise product delivery.
- Strong stakeholder management, budgeting, team leadership.
- Integrity, accountability, and readiness to transition into an operational leadership role.
