As our Operations Manager, you will be the critical link between our project execution teams and our Managing Directors. You will not just be consolidating reports; you will be the engine that drives operational excellence, ensures seamless communication, and provides the analytical firepower for key business decisions.
- Identify and help resolve cross-project bottlenecks and resource conflicts.
- Analyze weekly and monthly project status reports and update in time for Managing Director.
- Develop and maintain dynamic dashboards for real-time visibility into the health of the entire project portfolio for senior management.
- Proactively identify trends, risks, and opportunities across all projects.
- Develop and propose data-backed solutions and recommendations
to improve project delivery, profitability, and client satisfaction. - Review, refine, and standardize operational processes and reporting templates to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Requirement:
- A young, dynamic, and energetic professional with a proven track record in operations, project coordination, or a similar role, ideally within construction, engineering, or project management consulting.
- A natural "connector" with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, able to build rapport quickly with both technical project staff and senior executives.
- Highly analytical with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Experience with project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Asana) is a plus.
- A proactive problem-solver who doesn't just identify problems but actively proposes viable, well-reasoned solutions.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple streams of information and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
