Legal Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Legal Assistant Manager to join our team. This role requires a sharp legal mind with strong drafting skills, the ability to manage litigation matters, and the confidence to provide sound legal advice that aligns with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to safeguard the company's interests.
  • Handle litigation processes including liaising with external counsel, preparing documentation, and ensuring timely resolution of cases.
  • Provide legal support and advisory on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters.
  • Monitor compliance with applicable laws and regulations, identifying potential risks and recommending preventive measures.
  • Assist in developing internal legal policies, procedures, and standard templates.
  • Support cross-functional teams by delivering clear, practical legal guidance.
Minimum Qualification
  • Minimum Bachelor of Law; Master of Law is an advantage.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant legal experience, with exposure to corporate legal drafting and litigation.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate law, civil and commercial litigation, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
  • Willing to be placed in Surabaya.

Compliance Manager

ESC Compliance Manager

Job responsibilities
  • Well Understanding of local Laws & Standards, including labor, health & safety and environment laws etc.
  • Experience and familiar with international compliance program and audit protocols (e.g. SLCP/Better Work, Higg FEM etc.)
  • Lead the team to establish CSR management system, including policy and procedures terms of labor, health, safety and environment and business ethics etc. to support company sustainable development.
  • Proactively collaborate with functional leaders to implement assigned projects by different brands in factory.
  • Timely guide factory functional teams to remediate brands audit findings and regular report the CAP progress to customers.
  • Conduct regular internal audit in factory to supervise factory daily operation to meet local legal laws & regulations and customer COC standards etc.
  • Keep independently communication about various ESC related projects/tasks with clients.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or above, prefer major of EHS (environmental, health & safety) or HR.
  • 3+ years working experience in similar industry, familiar with factory EHS and worker engagement operational managements.
  • Good communication skills in English/active.
