About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Branch Manager to lead our branch operations and drive business growth. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing the team, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving sales and profitability targets.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage all branch activities to achieve sales, service, and operational goals.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue, grow market share, and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Supervise and motivate staff to deliver high performance and professional service.
- Monitor financial performance, budgets, and branch profitability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and local stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in branch operations, sales, or team management from banking industry
- Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong business acumen and results-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant business systems.
