Job Description
- Be responsible for the technical work of the data center Fire Protection System, Understand the contract and delivery scope, specification, testing and commission requirement.
- Technically review the drawings and construction scheme of the data center Fire Protection System
- Improve the delivery capability by coaching engineers and subcontractors via knowledge transfer, mentoring, workshop and etc.
- Responsible fire protection product specification and clarification, to ensure product specifications document clear and correct in contract signing stage
- Support and Supervise subcontractor to complete shop drawing design and equipment installation and test & commission and Obtain the certification from the customer or municipal.
- Responsible for fire protection equipment procurement support to guarantee the equipment arrival with design requirement.
- Shop drawing review and material submittals technical specification review.
- On-site support and inspection on transportation & implementation & testing & commissioning proposal preparation.
- Review and provide feedback and guidance on Uptime test script for Facility Certification TCCF, Provide feedback and necessary modifications (if any) to ensure a successful TCCF.
Requirement
- Education/Certifications: Fire Protection major; ATD or CDCP or CDCS
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor degree in Fire Protection System Engineering or equivalent
- At least 5 years Fire Service System design experience in project delivery experience in Data Center or relevant Facility MEP Construction
- Must be familiar with Data Center Facility system including but not limited to Fire Protection System, Building Management System, etc.
- Candidate must understand the Indonesia local fire protection system regulations, including but not limited to work permit, acceptance process and requirement by government.
- Fire protection engineer certification is a plus.
- With 10+ MW data center Fire Protection system design/guide experience. Excellent skills in CAD or other tools.
- Excellent verbal and written skill of communication in English.
- Willing to do business trip due to project requirement.
