Role Overview

As a
Learning & Development (L&D) Staff
, you will play a key role in strengthening the capabilities of our employees through structured training programs, knowledge-sharing sessions, and continuous professional development. You will support the design, execution, and evaluation of learning initiatives that align with both employee growth and the firm's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in identifying training needs through performance reviews, surveys, and consultation with managers.
  • Support the design, development, and delivery of training programs, workshops, and e-learning initiatives.
  • Coordinate and schedule internal and external training sessions, ensuring smooth logistics.
  • Monitor and track training participation, completion, and effectiveness through learning management systems or reporting tools.
  • Maintain updated training materials, manuals, and documentation.
  • Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of L&D initiatives and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with managers and HR team members to foster a culture of continuous learning.
  • Provide administrative support for employee development programs, certifications, and professional licenses.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
    ; prior experience in training or HR is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with confidence in speaking in front of groups.
  • Fun, approachable, and able to adapt quickly to new situations and people.
  • Comfortable working under high pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Familiar in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to a growing HR function.
