- Manage and administer employee Compensation & Benefits (C&B).
- Process monthly payroll components, including allowances, deductions, overtime, and attendance data.
- Handle KPI performance tracking and performance evaluation support.
- Manage BPJS Kesehatan & BPJS Ketenagakerjaan administration (registration, mutation, and reporting).
- Prepare and calculate PPh 21 in accordance with Indonesian tax regulations.
- Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain and update employee databases and personnel files.
- Support HR daily operations and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, specifically in HR Administration or C&B.
- Strong understanding of payroll processing and Indonesian labor regulations (BPJS, PPh 21).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot table, data recap).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage deadlines.
- Good communication & teamwork skills.
- English proficiency is a plus, but not required to be excellent.

- Source candidates through JobStreet, LinkedIn, university partnerships, talent pools, and proactive headhunting.
- Conduct behavioral interviews and competency-based evaluations.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job needs and revise job descriptions.
- Manage recruitment pipelines and deliver timely hiring updates.
- Build and maintain a talent pool for automotive-related roles.
- Support employer branding initiatives and career events.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Prepare recruitment reports, hiring metrics, and market insights.
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Communications, or related major.
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience (in-house or agency).
- Experience in the automotive industry is highly preferred.
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Excellent English communication skills—spoken and written.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple vacancies at once.
- Strong interpersonal skills, proactive, and results-driven.
- Familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.

- Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

- Support sourcing activities by identifying potential candidates through online platforms.
- Help maintain the candidate database and recruitment reports.
- Assist in employer branding activities, career fairs, and campus hiring programs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Work closely with the HR and hiring teams to fulfill staffing needs.
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Communications, Management, or related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; have internship experience in recruitment or HR.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to conduct basic interviews confidently.
- Fast learner with a strong interest in recruitment and HR.
