  • Support the recruitment process, including posting job ads, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and managing the candidate database.
  • Assist in Workload Analysis administrative tasks, such as inputting and managing data and reports.
  • Provide administrative support for day-to-day recruitment activities and HR process.
  • Collect and analyze HR data as needed to support reports and tracking.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team.

Requirements

  • Open for final-year students or fresh graduates majoring in Psychology, Management, or related fields.
  • Strong interest in Human Resources (Recruitment, Learning & Development).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, agile, and proactive with a positive "can-do" attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and manage administrative work effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Previous organizational or competition experience is a plus.
  • Willing to work full-time, on-site in Karawang, Jawa Barat (or: 3 days in Jakarta, 2 days in Karawang -- shuttle bus provided).
