Job Brief:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Lead to join our team in the property industry. The ideal candidate will lead sales initiatives, drive revenue growth, and manage a team of sales professionals.

Job Description:

·       Develop and execute the sales strategy to achieve company goals and objectives.

·       Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to reach their full potential, setting clear targets and performance metrics.

·       Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and provide regular reports to the executive team.

·       Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends, adjusting strategies as needed.

·       Provide knowledge for customer related to products, availability, and also process buying.

·       Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

·       Resolve customer complaint regarding service and process buying.

·       Work closely with marketing, product development, and other departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.

Job Requirements:

·       Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.

·       A minimum of 5 years of working experience in a related field is required for this position.

·       Experience as a Sales Manager in the property industry is a MUST.

·       Good communication, persuasive, presentation, and leadership skills are essential.
