Job Description:

  • Support the tracking and organization of customer feedback through Net Promoter Score (NPS) data.
  • Compile and maintain internal trackers for NPS data from both trial and active users.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely data collection.
  • Organize and process feedback to produce reports that are clear, trackable, and ready for presentation.
  • Monitor and follow up on documentation compliance to maintain data accuracy.

Qualifications:

  • Final-year student or recent graduate from any major (preferably in Business, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields).
  • Proficient in Google Sheets, including formulas such as SUMIFS, QUERY, ARRAYFORMULA, VLOOKUP, IMPORTRANGE, and pivot tables.
  • Experienced in building and maintaining dashboards and trackers for operational data.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and accuracy in compiling and verifying data
  • Able to create clear and structured data presentations for internal stakeholders
