About the Role

As a Branch Manager at InCorp Indonesia, you will lead one of our branch offices, driving operational excellence and ensuring the highest quality of corporate services for our clients. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day branch operations, overseeing client engagements, building strong business relationships, and achieving growth targets in line with InCorp's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Leadership & Operations

  • Lead and manage all branch activities, ensuring smooth operations across corporate services (business setup, accounting, tax, HR, immigration, and licensing).
  • Supervise and develop a team of consultants and support staff, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback.
  • Ensure the branch complies with company standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.

2. Business Development & Client Management

  • Drive new business opportunities, expand the client base, and meet revenue growth targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities within InCorp's suite of services.

3. Financial & Performance Management

  • Monitor branch budget, P&L, and financial performance, reporting to senior management.
  • Implement cost-efficient practices to optimize branch profitability.
  • Prepare and present regular branch performance reports and forecasts.

4. Strategic Contribution

  • Contribute to InCorp's overall growth strategy by providing insights into local market trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with other branches and HQ teams to ensure consistency in service quality and business processes.
  • Represent InCorp in networking events, seminars, and other business forums in the local area.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Law, or related field (Master's degree is an advantage).
  • Minimum 7+ years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial/leadership role in consulting, professional services, corporate services, or related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian business regulations, compliance, and corporate services landscape.
  • Proven track record in business development, client relationship management, and P&L responsibility.
  • Excellent leadership, people management, and team development skills.
  • Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and spoken).
  • Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and adapt in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
