- Develop and refine the overall distribution strategy for both existing and new channels, setting performance targets and defining the appropriate Go-to-Market approach
- Strategically identify and drive the expansion of the product mix within existing channels, ensuring the assortment
- meets market demand and contributes to overall category growth
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key suppliers, negotiating optimal terms, managing performance contracts, and ensuring efficient inbound logistics
- Develop, control, and monitor the budget for all channel programs and initiatives to ensure optimal resource allocation and maximum return on investment (ROI)
Qualification
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail or distribution management
- Proven track record in GTM strategy or channel development
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Understanding of distribution models and logistics flow
- Proficient in budgeting and ROI analysis
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
