  • Develop and refine the overall distribution strategy for both existing and new channels, setting performance targets and defining the appropriate Go-to-Market approach
  • Strategically identify and drive the expansion of the product mix within existing channels, ensuring the assortment
  • meets market demand and contributes to overall category growth
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key suppliers, negotiating optimal terms, managing performance contracts, and ensuring efficient inbound logistics
  • Develop, control, and monitor the budget for all channel programs and initiatives to ensure optimal resource allocation and maximum return on investment (ROI)

Qualification

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in retail or distribution management
  • Proven track record in GTM strategy or channel development
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills
  • Understanding of distribution models and logistics flow
  • Proficient in budgeting and ROI analysis
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
