Key Responsibilities
:
- Translate business and clinical strategies into measurable operational plans with clear KPIs, driving cross-functional improvements to enhance efficiency
- Develop operational systems through Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and regulatory compliance aligned with the latest healthcare standards and client relationship optimization
- Lead and develop a data-driven operations team guided by KPIs to ensure efficiency, collaboration, and sustainable high performance
- Prepare performance reports and deliver operational insights based on data analysis to strengthen strategy and process efficiency
- Manage strategic relationships with healthcare facilities and external partners to ensure operational compliance, maintain service quality, and resolve escalations affecting service performance
Qualifications
:
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university, min. GPA 3.25, with at least 3 years of experience in operations
- Familiarity with healthcare / health-tech sector with experience working in fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate insights and recommendations clearly in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Flexible for on-site assignments, including to remote areas if required
- Strong interpersonal skills with the capability to manage cross-division and external collaborations
- Strong analytical skills with excel proficiency for forecasting and reporting
- Exceptional operational expertise, with the experience in process optimization, pipeline management, and pipeline monitoring
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment with strong problem-solving skill
- Collaborative mindset with the focus on supporting the teams and driving collective success
- Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and methodologies
- Having the capability to drive a vehicle and hold a valid Class A driver's license (SIM A)
