About the role
PT ECOPACK INDONESIA PACKAGING INDUSTRIES' is seeking an ambitious and driven Sales & Business Development professional to join our team in Bogor Regency, West Java. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and driving business growth through effective sales strategies and exceptional relationship management.
What you'll be doing
- Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within target markets
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and tailor our solutions accordingly
- Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals to secure new business
- Negotiating and closing sales contracts while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies to promote our products and services
- Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform our sales and business development initiatives
- Providing regular progress reports and contributing to the overall sales and growth strategy of the organisation
What we're looking for
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development, ideally within the packaging or manufacturing industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively to overcome challenges
- Proven ability to set and achieve sales targets and work effectively within a team
- Familiarity with the local business landscape and regulations in Bogor Regency and West Java
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
