Job Description :

  • Responsible for all secretarial duties, all correspondences, and other documents as assigned by President Director
  • Prepare meeting agenda, take minutes of meeting, arrange an appointment, meeting room, and necessary materials related to Board meeting and Internal Meeting
  • Act as Translator or Interpreter to translate documents (Mandarin and English-Mandatory), draft letters, announcements, etc
  • Coordinate with Mandarin, Indonesian and foreign parties
  • Coordinate with all departments and external affairs
  • Other tasks as assigned by President Director

Requirements :

  • Proficient in Ms. Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Good command of written and spoken Business English is a MUST, while Mandarin language is a PLUS
  • Good management and coordination skills with strong organizing, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Mature, proactive, and service-minded
  • Have a strong sense of urgency and accountability (Priority Setting)
