Job Description:

Ensure company policies comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Monitor employee compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with vendors, partners, clients, and investors.
Identify and assess potential legal risks within the company.
Provide support in pre-litigation and litigation processes.
Lead and manage dispute resolution effectively and in accordance with the law.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Law (professional certification is an advantage).
3–4 years of experience in legal, compliance, or corporate law, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
