Job Description:
- Ensure company policies comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- Monitor employee compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with vendors, partners, clients, and investors.
- Identify and assess potential legal risks within the company.
- Provide support in pre-litigation and litigation processes.
- Lead and manage dispute resolution effectively and in accordance with the law.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law (professional certification is an advantage).
- 3–4 years of experience in legal, compliance, or corporate law, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
