Requirements
:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or related field.
- Minimum 7
years
of experience in
Project Manager/Construction Manager
in F&B or Retail industry free standing alone. - Proven experience handling multi-site development or rollout projects.
- Experienced in handling store expansion projects, especially F&B
- Strong understanding of MEP systems, F&B equipment layouts, and kitchen design is a must.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, or similar).
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to be based in office
Malang
and
hybrid Jakarta-Malang.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and execution of multiple F&B outlet development projects across regions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Design, Operations, Procurement, Legal, Marketing) to ensure timely project delivery.
- Oversee construction timelines, budgeting, and vendor performance.
- Conduct regular site visits and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and brand standards.
- Review and validate technical drawings, layout plans, MEP requirements, and kitchen equipment specs.
- Manage project documentation, progress reports, and risk assessments.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external contractors, suppliers, and local authorities.
- Identify and resolve project risks, delays, and operational bottlenecks.
