Key Responsibilities:
Sales Planning and Key Account Management
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans for assigned sector in order to achieve the Group targets and objectives.
- Prospecting, nurturing leads, and closing deals to achieve sales targets.
- Manage and nurture relationships with key clients within the sector, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Collaborate with the corporate marketing and commercial team to offer product samples and demonstrations to introduce products and attract new customers
- Collaborate with barista to tailor products to clients' needs & market demands.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base.
- Coordinate with warehouse & supply chain team in regards into stock management in daily basis, to ensure product's availability & quality.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.
- Attend food service industry trade shows and events to network and promote products
- Liaise with distributor to keep a good relationship and manage the occurring problem.
Sales Performance Analysis
- Develop reports and presentations to communicate sales results and insights to the leadership team.
- Implement strategies to optimize sales processes and increase efficiency.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, sales performance, analyse data, and develop action plans to enhance sales effectiveness.
- Conducting regular analysis of sales data to evaluate performance and conduct reporting to management.
Your ability and confidence to hunt and grow business will be crucial in achieving our ambitious growth targets and therefore, you are required to have the following:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in B2B sales or key account management within the HORECA industry.
- Able to demonstrate strong understanding of the coffee market in Indonesia, including trends, consumer behaviour, and with ambitious and hunger for results and growth.
- Must understand the food service industry and knowledge of various food products.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work well in a team environment.
