Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Livestream Assistant located in South Jakarta, Indonesia. The Livestream Assistant will be responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of livestream events, setting up and monitoring livestream equipment, engaging with the online audience, and ensuring a smooth and high-quality streaming experience. Other duties include coordinating with team members, troubleshooting technical issues during live streams, and creating post-event reports.

Qualifications

  • Experience with livestream platforms and livestream equipment setup
  • Strong communication and engagement skills
  • Technical skills in troubleshooting and problem-solving during live streams
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members under tight deadlines
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in event planning and coordination is a plus
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
