Qualification

Minimum 3-4 years of proven experience as Sales Mandarin Speaking

Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Operations, or related field.

Fluent in Mandarin
(spoken and written) –
this is a must

· Strong administrative and organizational skills.
· Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
· Proficient in spreadsheets and other office software.
· Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
· Detail-oriented, proactive, and problem-solving mindset.
· Previous experience in sales administration or a similar role is preferred.
Willing to work Monday–Saturday.
Responsibilities
· Assist the COO in daily sales operations, administrative tasks, and business coordination.
· Communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients, partners, and stakeholders.
· Prepare, update, and maintain sales reports, spreadsheets, and documentation.
· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of sales-related activities.
· Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service in a professional manner.
· Support decision-making by gathering and analyzing relevant sales data.
· Identify and proactively solve problems related to sales administration.
· Perform other tasks as assigned by the COO to support overall business goals.
