Leading the planning, design, and implementation of landscape projects across residential, commercial, and public areas.

Managing landscape maintenance, aligning designs with master plans, and ensuring compliance with standards and environmental regulations.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, Civil/Environmental Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in landscape projects and managerial roles.
• Strong knowledge of landscape design, horticulture, irrigation, and sustainable practices.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and related design tools.
• Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.
• Experience in large‑scale property development preferred.

Lead and oversee end‑to‑end recruitment and general affairs operations.

Manage manpower planning, sourcing, selection, onboarding, payroll administration, office administration, facilities, assets, and employee services.

Ensure compliance with labor regulations, company policies, and safety standards.

Supervise and develop team members, monitor HC & GA budgets, and support employee engagement initiatives.

Job Qualifications

• Min. Bachelor's degree in Management, Psychology, or related field.
• Min. 5 years of experience in HR or GA, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven expertise in payroll administration.
• Strong skills in recruitment, people management, and general administration.
• Knowledge of labor law, BPJS, and facility management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR/recruitment systems.

Sales & Commercial Section Head

F&B Site Engineering Manager – Givaudan

Lead the Engineering & Maintenance function to maximize plant availability, reliability, and operational efficiency.

Develop and execute site engineering strategy, define annual engineering & maintenance targets, and lead Capex planning.

Drive continuous improvement (TPM, Lean, Six Sigma) to optimize processes and reduce waste.

Oversee maintenance & engineering activities, develop site master plans, implement predictive & preventive maintenance strategies, and ensure EHS compliance.

Collaborate with global/regional engineering teams, lead local engineering projects, manage stakeholder relationships, optimize spare parts inventory, and lead a high‑performing team.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field).
• Certifications: Plant Engineering, Maintenance Management, PMP, TPM, Lean Six Sigma.
• 5+ years in manufacturing/plant operations with exposure to engineering strategy, maintenance, and Capex projects.
• 2+ years in leadership/people management.
• Experience in stakeholder management, cross‑functional collaboration, and multicultural settings.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of industrialization, process design, utilities management.
• Proficiency in project management (Agile/Waterfall), TPM, Lean, Six Sigma, KPIs.
• Familiarity with EHS regulations, SAP, financial concepts (OPEX/CAPEX).
• Analytical and decision‑making skills.
