PT Smart Advisory Solutions ) - a leading consulting firm located in Canggu, Bali that specializes in Accounting, Tax, Legal, Payroll and HR advisory services is currently looking for a Project Management Officer to join our growing team.

The responsibilities of the positions are as follows:

  • Handle overall communications with prospects and clients and maintain mutually beneficial sustainable relationships with prospects and clients.
  • Arrange, attend, and ensure that the meetings with SAS' clients and/or prospects are properly serviced. This will include preparing and providing briefing papers, drafting agendas, collating papers, and reports, taking accurate minutes of meetings and following up action points.
  • Accompanying SAS' team members in meeting clients if necessary.
  • Work closely with SAS' President Director, other Partners, and PMOs for the development of the Company.
  • Develop strategies and plans regarding business development and projects, collaborating with internal parties, and relevant SAS' department heads.
  • Reviewing project proposals to ensure they are well planned, have a clear scope of work, and have qualified personnel assigned to the project.
  • Assist the Accounting Outsourcing Services (AOS) Department in reviewing financial reports for clients.
  • Managing risk by identifying potential obstacles and creating contingency plans to ensure projects are completed successfully.
  • Preparing status reports for upper management on the progress of works and highlighting any potential issues that may arise.
  • Managing the team to ensure that work is completed on time and within budget.
  • Provide translation and proofread of documents needed by SAS' President Director or Legal, Tax and Accounting Departments heads.
  • Follow up with internal team members and clients to ensure translation meets their needs.
  • Research industry specific materials, such as latest regulations or legislations/bill related to the industry (Tax, Economics and Legal) that might be a useful information for the team and clients and inform it to the related Head of Department.
  • Respect strict confidentiality, inside and outside the Company, on every project and task you will be assigned to.

Requirements for this position are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics and Finance, Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Fluent in French and English, both verbal and written, is a must.
  • Experience working in Consulting, Accounting, and/or Auditing firm would be an advantage.
  • Strong team spirit, openness, common sense & dedication.
  • Good self-presentation and communication skills.
  • Good self-organization skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines, professionalism, detail orientation, good analytical thinking and the will to learn.
