As an Operations Manager, you will play a key role in bridging strategy and execution at Creatorz. Your main responsibility is to ensure day-to-day operations run effectively, efficiently, and in alignment with the company's vision. You will oversee campaign operations, streamline workflows, and drive overall productivity across teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee daily operations across multiple departments
  • Manage resources, workflows, and timelines to ensure projects and campaigns are delivered on target.
  • Develop, implement, and optimize SOPs to support smooth execution of campaigns and internal processes.
  • Monitor team KPIs and provide regular performance and productivity reports.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Drive team productivity through structured processes, motivation, and clear accountability.
  • Foster a collaborative, agile, and high-performance work culture.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of managerial experience, preferably in creative, media, or marketing agencies.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines.
  • Familiar with project management tools (Notion, Trello, Asana, or similar).
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing & influencer marketing is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage cross-functional teams.
  • Results-driven with a focus on productivity and campaign success.
