STORE SUPERVISOR - MLB KOREA GRAND INDONESIA

POSITION SUMMARY
As a Store Supervisor, you will work closely with the Store Manager to support the overall sales strategy, maintain high service standards, and ensure operational efficiency in the store. Your role is to lead by example, provide day-to-day supervision, and assist in achieving sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer service. You will also be responsible for supporting inventory management processes and contributing to a positive and productive work environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sales Performance: Assist in driving individual and store-wide sales by actively engaging with customers and maximizing sales opportunities. Ensure that store sales targets are met or exceeded.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Provide leadership in customer service, ensuring that the team delivers exceptional service. Work toward achieving high scores in the Mystery Shopper evaluations.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory integrity by minimizing stock losses and overseeing regular stock counts (daily and monthly). Support with organizing inventory checks and managing discrepancies.
  • Staff Supervision: Assist in the supervision and training of store staff, ensuring they follow company policies and deliver a high standard of service.
  • Visual Merchandising and Retail Standards: Ensure the store is visually appealing and adheres to the brand's retail standards. This includes product displays, cleanliness, and the general presentation of the store.
  • Team Engagement: Foster a positive, motivating, and ethical working environment. Provide support to colleagues and promote teamwork.
  • Personal Development: Continuously develop skills and knowledge by participating in eLearning programs and other training opportunities.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs):

  • Achieve individual and store sales targets consistently.
  • Maintain high service standards as evaluated by Mystery Shopper reports.
  • Achieve high retail standards and customer registration targets as per score card.
  • Ensure inventory integrity by managing stock losses and conducting accurate stock counts.
  • Demonstrate continuous personal development through eLearning and training initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in retail, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.

  • Strong attention to detail, particularly in inventory management and loss prevention.
  • Proactive, organized, and customer-focused attitude.
