Job Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic direction for promotions and events execution.
- Contribute to competitive product development.
- Support Associate Director in creating marketing plans.
- Collaborate with management to align marketing with business goals.
- Manage customer acquisition and retention programs to meet targets and strengthen brand equity.
- Oversee promotion and event implementation, and maintain corporate client relationships.
- Prioritize team initiatives and resources to achieve marketing objectives.
- Plan, monitor, and evaluate admission activities, ensuring compliance with guidelines.
- Coordinate with Brand, Corporate Communication, and Marketing Intelligence for corporate image and market research.
Job Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor's degree from any major
- Minimum 7 years of working experience, with at least 3 years in Managerial level
- Has strategic thinking, analytical skills, and strong verbal and written communication
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Excellent leadership, analytical, interpersonal skills, problem-solving and communication skills
