Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer, with strong site/project experience
- Educational background in Engineering
- Strong understanding of technical drawings and project execution methods
- Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Project
- Communicative, disciplined, and willing to work on site when required
- Site Engineer level equivalent to a Site Manager (deep engineering experience is a must)
- Willing to be placed in Cikarang and project sites
Job Description:
- Manage and monitor project execution at site to ensure alignment with plans, technical specifications, and schedules
- Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, procurement, HSE, logistics) and external parties (contractors, vendors, or clients)
- Review and ensure the accuracy of construction drawings, materials, and execution methods on site
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
- Support the Project Manager in controlling project schedule, cost, and resources
- Resolve technical issues in the field quickly and effectively
- Ensure all site activities comply with safety procedures and applicable regulations
- Support commissioning, handover, and the preparation of as-built drawings at project completion
