PT CTAC INDONESIA ADVISORY is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Accountant to join our professional team in Jakarta. In this role, you will be responsible primarily for providing monthly bookkeeping and taxation works. As a trusted financial expert, you will play a crucial role in assisting our corporate clients, particularly Korean enterprises, in meeting their financial and regulatory requirements.

• Perform monthly bookkeeping based on the transaction.
• Prepare tax calculation and the reporting for each month (WHT& VAT).
• Assist in audit procedures and ensure compliance with relevant Indonesian (PSAK) and International (IFRS) accounting standards.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing processes.
• Oversee internal payroll & other administrative duties.
• Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, fostering professional development and technical excellence.
• Contribute to process improvements and support the implementation of best practices in financial reporting and internal controls.

• 2-4 years of experience in accounting roles, preferably within a professional services, corporate advisory, or audit firm.
• Strong expertise in IFRS, and Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK).
• Advanced knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and relevant software (CoreTax) proficiency.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to deliver value-added insights.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Proficiency in accounting software and data analysis tools.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken) to effectively communicate with international clients. Korean language skills are a plus.
