Business Analysis & Performance:
- Monitor daily operational metrics (e.g., Consultation Volume, Conversion Rate, Campaign Performance).
- Conduct comprehensive business performance reviews (deep review) of key financial metrics (Revenue, Margin) and customer growth metrics (CAC, LTV).
Cross-Functional Collaboration Management:
- Orchestrate and lead daily synchronization with CRM, Social Media, and Clinical teams to ensure aligned strategic execution.
Innovation & Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Design, plan, and evaluate experimental initiatives.
- Make data-driven decisions to scale successful initiatives or discontinue (kill) ineffective experiments.
Executive Communication & Strategy:
- Compile periodic (daily/weekly) and monthly reports for Management, covering achievement highlights, blockers, deep insights, and strategic recommendations.
