Role Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations and Sales Coordinator to join our team in
Tangerang Selatan, Banten.

This full-time, on-site role involves supporting both operational and sales functions, ensuring seamless coordination between departments, maintaining customer relationships, and contributing to business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee daily operations to ensure workflow efficiency and timely task completion.
  • Support the sales team in achieving targets and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Prepare and update sales reports, forecasts, and management presentations.
  • Assist in planning and organizing training sessions, workshops, and client programs.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to fulfill operational requirements.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide professional support throughout the sales cycle.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to enhance productivity and service quality.
  • Analyze market trends and provide insights to strengthen sales strategies.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on client activities and internal performance.
  • Travel to project or client sites as needed to coordinate company activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales coordination, operations, or customer support.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, sales data management, and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Experience in the training industry is required.
