Responsibilities:

  • Engaged in technical proposals and solutions to meet corporate clients' requirements.
  • Define budget and schedule of projects based on sound and deep understanding of clients' requirements
  • Make or manage configuration and implementation of projects to ensure deliveries are satisfied on time and under budget. Manage and report on progress as scheduled
  • Forge and manage contractual relations with suppliers, enable technical and commercial solutions to fuel sales team to win deals
  • Engage in technical proposals and solutions to meet clients' requirement
  • Understand customer's environment and challenge, then dig and collect technical requirement through communication with customer
  • Prepare a design configuration documentation including process diagrams with technical explanations and perform technical development for bespoke solutions as part of a design and development framework
  • To structure and produce compelling sales proposals/commercial and technical documentation outlining the cost savings and business benefits to clients of using CMI position and other managed services propositions
  • To oversee projects and coordinate with partner, customer until the projects delivered
  • Serve as single point of contact for customers, sales team and customers on service delivering issues to ensure timely delivery
  • Regularly keep sales team aware of product updates, vice versa keep product team / network team aware of trends of technical requirement in the market
  • Complete other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time by Indonesia Unit

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Telecommunication / Computer Engineering related subjects
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT/Telecom market
  • Hands-on knowledge and experiences in Network, Network Security, IP & ICT solutions projects
  • Positive attitude, strong communication skills, Strong presentation, organization, time and project management skills
  • Responsible, Excellent teamwork skills, hardworking, self-motivated, Self driven, customer oriented and able to work under pressure
  • Chinese and English speaker is a must
  • Bahasa Indonesia is a plus
  • Advanced proficiency in all Microsoft products Excel, Word, Outlook and MS Projects
