Key Responsibilities:
- Logistics Strategy & Optimization:
Develop and execute the long-term strategy for logistics excellence, focusing on cost reduction, service quality, and operational efficiency across transportation, warehousing, and distribution networks. - Continuous Improvement Leadership:
Lead and manage continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to eliminate bottlenecks, reduce waste, and standardize processes company-wide. - Performance Management & Analytics:
Define, track, and report on key logistics performance indicators (KPIs). Utilize data analytics and business intelligence tools to identify root causes of inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions. - Technology & Digitalization Projects:
Oversee the implementation and optimization of core logistics technologies, such as Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Transportation Management Systems (TMS), to drive automation and connectivity. - 3PL and Vendor Performance:
Manage performance, contracts, and negotiation with Third-Party Logistics (3PL) providers and key vendors to ensure high service standards and cost-effectiveness. - Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure all logistics operations comply with domestic and international regulations (e.g., customs, safety, trade) and develop strategies to mitigate supply chain risks.
Requirements
- Experience:
6+ years in logistics/SCM - Education:
Bachelor's degree (Logistics/SCM). Certification preferred (e.g., CSCP, Six Sigma). - Technical Skills:
Proficient with WMS/TMS and data analysis tools (e.g., Advanced Excel, Power BI). - Problem Solving:
Strong analytical and root cause analysis capabilities. - Leadership:
Proven ability to lead teams, drive change, and manage stakeholder
